How You Can Judge Us
Quality can be claimed or proven. We adhere to a standard that we did not set ourselves.
The Refractive Surgery Commission of the DOG and BVA specifies for each laser procedure the degree of refractive error up to which it is considered suitable—the scope of application —and the point beyond which it would yield only poorer results: the threshold range.
Specifically, this means: We decline cases that would be treated elsewhere. If the preliminary examination shows that you fall outside the scope of application, we’ll tell you—and let you know which procedure would be an option instead.
